It’s been almost 4 years now.
We’ve muddled through but I don’t know how.
Some of the days are clear and some remain cloudy.
That’s when the emotions get the best of me and leave me feeling lousy.
How could you have left us? All of us so alone. Not really knowing how to go forth and continue to make this home.
I like to think of you floating on those clouds up in the sky.
Laughing and holding your mama even though your loss makes us cry.
It’s because we truly love you that we hope you’re happy today. I just wanted you to know life’s sometimes hard, living the day to day.
